Hi Tim,
Thanks for your post! Regarding your first question, is there a "Remember Me" box you can check when you try logging in? If so, try checking that box, as that may help. Otherwise, you can always view job postings without logging in.
As far as your second question is concerned, please see below for an answer from the member of our staff that coordinates/manages the Job Board:
We (GCSAA) leave it
to the employer’s discretion whether or not they list a direct contact agent or
individual on their job posting. There are always various reasons as to why an
employer may not list a direct contact person (for example they have a
recruiting or HR hiring agency posting/sorting their job applicants, or there
just simply isn’t one at the time, perhaps there are other vacancies for which
this position would report to normally?). The job seeker can always reach out to
us individually, and we can attempt to assist and locate that specific posting
employer contact agent on the account (if none are listed). However, these are
always one off/case by case basis. While this may not be ideal, for the reasons listed above (and
more), we don’t require employers to provide a direct contact for the job. This
is something they would encounter on all websites.
