Hosted at GCSAA headquarters, this event gives chapter leaders and executives tools to lead with confidence, boost engagement, build effective strategies, apply best practices, and grow their network while gaining a deeper understanding of GCSAA programs and support.

Participants and eligibility

  • Limited to 25 chapters — first-time participants get priority.
  • Each chapter can send two, ideally a future president (VP or secretary/treasurer) and an executive, staff member or volunteer leader to build a stronger leadership team.

Expenses and funding

Chapters cover leader and executive/staff’s travel and the leader’s hotel room; GCSAA covers the executive/staff hotel—thanks in part to the Williams Leadership Endowment through the GCSAA Foundation.
