shop computers Cancel The title field is required!

   Is there a better way other than via Google accounts to be able to access my assistant, and mechanics computers from somewhere else? I want access to their computer files if im at home or elsewhere. Ive thought about several options such as having a network set up or using Mozy too.Curious what you guys are doing and what seems to be the easiest and cost effective.

   LogMeIn is no longer free. $59.95/computer.
   
   TeamViewer is what I use after looking and trying others. Does the same thing, but better than LogMeIn, IMO.

   Google Docs works great. Just upload everything to there. All files and such, create folders for your mechanic and assistant. We do all of our spray sheets, notes, equipment maintenance shared on google drive.
   
   Once you have everything on google drive, get a tv and a chromecast and throw the schedule up on the tv for the workers or anything else.
