   is anyone using Google Docs for their fuel log if so would you be willing to share what it looks like and how its set up.

   Very easy to set up with Google Docs. First you can make a Google Form to be filled out. When data is entered the form will automatically populate a master(response) spreadsheet.

   I have a template that I have used for the last year. Its very easy to set up using google drive. I have one set up for date, time, equipment fueled, employee who fueled, and amount used. Great for budgeting and tracking fuel usage. You can download into an excel spreadsheet that stamp dates everything. Our payroll system is thru ADP, so the desktop is already there for employees. I created a shortcut on the desktop screen to make thing very simple. Great tool.
