    Robotics. Looks it it's taking off in some industries. I wonder how many of those robotic, GPS-programmed greensmowers have been sold.

    No health insurance, retirement, sick days, vacation. Fifteen bucks an hour? Good luck.

    A long time ago I was visited several times by a couple of local engineers and was asked many questions about our line of work and related mowing tasks. After several years and a few more visits the Precise Path greens mower was introduced.

    My daughter is now a Sophomore at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology majoring in Mechanical engineering. RHIT has been named the #1 undergrad engineering school in the US for 19 straight years by US News and WR. She has intentions of getting into robotics.

    She called me recently after she went on a field trip to a robotics company in Indy. It turned out to be the Precise Path/Cub Cadet greens mower facility.
