I have noticed on my new laptop at home I have One Note, I haven't messed with it yet, still trying to get adjusted from XP - and 8 at work to 10 on the new laptop.

I am wondering is it something similar to a Google docs program that my son used in his public presentation class at college where the group they were working as could all log on and make changes to things?

I noticed as I was browsing the past webcast page while waiting for the frost to lift a webinar on One Note. Just wondering if I could get any feedback on One Note before I decide to watch the webcast.

    Thanks!

I watched the webcast a couple of years ago and am now a OneNote addict, I use it for everything personally and professionally.

I've put irrigation maps into it, so I can pull them up hole by hole on my phone or iPad, make notes about needs to be fixed or even document repairs I have made

All spray records and best laid plans for upcoming season as well as all labels are in it as well. (That particular one eats huge space on my phone).

Then personal projects or lists I have yet another notebook for. I have all the Model, serial, purchase dates, replacement prices for all my appliances in the house. Tons of things you can do with it. I also still feel as if I haven't quite used it to its full potential quite yet either.

At home I do everything on Apple products and Microsoft at work no issues, one of my favorite pieces of software along with Excel

So if you've got an hour watch the webcast and get into it, you'll wonder why you didn't sooner!

    Melvin,
OneNote can be very similar to Evernote. But, directly ties into all MS Office products. It can be used in Office365 or standard Office.

Very useful tool once you understand what it can do.
