I am aerating greens tomorrow and I have borrowed a SGM TB220 pull behind brush. The brushes are fixed in place and cannot be angled.
Is there a pattern people use while on the green to work in the topdressing with this style of brush? The book says to do small figure eights and then work in circles from middle to the outside.  Any videos??
I have always used drag mats/broom.

Same concept as sweep n fill brush.  We start in middle of green and go in circles working out to edges.  Most of sand needs to be in middles of greens since you will work sand to edges.
We use about 1/3 less sand when filling 5/8" quad holes.    A lot better than dragging.
Takes time to figure out best way but you will be pleased in results.

Do you topdress as you usually do or put more in the middle and leave the edges clear?

Kind of late but most in the middle.  By the last green you will get it figure out so next time you will be dialed in.
