Well, which is it? Is the victim now the responsible party because he is not a thug and isn't the type to fight a teammate or is Incognito just a complete thug roided out nut case? It may be the NFL but it is also a work place environment. Personally, I don't see how belittling and verbally abusing younger teammates creates unity. I probably would have knocked the guys teeth in if I was the victim of that kind of abuse but I don't see how that makes the tam closer either. How do all of you see this? I am somewhat confused by the logic of this entire soap opera. If the guy is just doing this to sue and win a large hostile work environment pay out, I would see that as equally wrong. I don't know what to think on this because I only have the facts in the news to go by and I am 3000 miles away. I would love to hear other comments.

When my oldest son joined tackle football at age 10 we had to walk through a gauntlet of bullies threatening to hurt him, "you won't make it through the first week!", "we will knock you out!" and on and on. We got inside the building and I asked him, "Are you sure you want to do this?" He did, made the traveling team and turned out to be most high speed bad-ass in the league.

I find it difficult to imagine someone making it into the NFL without being able to handle a bully.

I can't disagree with that. It is a rough violent sport. At that level as well as college and I suppose even high school, you are always worried about someone taking your position so the tough guy mentality has to start at a very young age. Once you are on a team, I still don't understand teammates taunting and harassing each other. At that point your are supposed to be on the same team! If the coaches were encouraging this, it will get very interesting quickly. I have no idea how this will play out because I can recognize elements from both sides of the issue having played multiple sports for years.

I hate to say it because he was a Husker but Incognito has been a piece of garbage since college. Always in some sort of trouble so this does not really surprise me about this coming out about him.
Now you have teammates coming to his defense but do they have an option, if they did not say anything before this all came out they would look like they allowed it or encouraged it.
I do not think Martin is the most mentally strong individual out there but that should not allow the bully to have the advantage or receive the sympathy.

Greetings; A couple weeks ago I pick Miami over Buffalo in Miami in the process of elimination pool. Miami is favored by 8 points and in this pool all teams are bet even and Miami just came off a buy. Had I known there was in-fighting going on, I would not have taken Miami. Any hope I can sue the Dolphins and get about 7 to 8000 dollars???
