GKV not IV. Part was 123301 changed to 4138504. Of course not available in the US. There is a seal kit but not sure how reliable the kit would be. Any experience with this?

I have no experience with this cylinder but I have put a lot of seal kits in different cylinders in 41 years of doing this. If the ram rod and inner parts are not damaged a seal kit should work just fine.

You have a seak kit, contact a hydraulic shop and they can install the kit. Normal a cost that is a big savings!

there are a lot of hydraulic cylinder shops that will sell you all the parts needed to repair your cylinder cheaper then buying the kits. their inventory is generally huge also. just look in the book for a few shops around you. I save 50% or more in rebuilding them myself
