   Purchasing sprees!!??? We get the "don't spend anything" for two weeks, June 15-30. It's tough to keep things moving when you can't buy parts or supplies for two weeks!

   Been in that position too!! With three vacant positions right now our budget looks good because so much labor is missing. You don't really need staff to maintain the course as long as you can buy products do you???? )

   Wish they would let me go on a purchasing spree, its more of a freeze don't spend anything the rest of year. Then when July 1 hits and I spend a bunch of money they wonder why? Come in under budget in expenditures for most of my stuff to make up for the pro shop overspending. Anyone else have your budget not separate from the pro shop?
