Municipal Performance Metrics Cancel The title field is required!

   Hello all,
   
   The municipality I work for is planning on rolling out performance metrics this budget cycle. I am looking for information on performance metrics that are Golf Cours based. Not just maintenance wise, but the whole operation.

   Michael.
   There is a performance metric database available through the National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA) called Proragis. I became aware of this information just last year as I became a member of the NRPA. These metrics are based more toward financial information, which is most important to my position and our Board than say time analysis metrics of various golf course operations. Additionally, I just hosted an event at GIS in San Diego related specifically to municipal golf courses so that we can focus exclusively on municipal operations. Please let me know if you would like to be added to the email list that may be of interest as we become more organized into the future. Let me know if I can be of more assistance.

   Yes, Please add me to the email list. I would appreciate that, Thank YOU! I was also just notified that I need to do a Budget presentation in the Mayors office in two weeks. 1st time this has happened. One of the items he is requesting for that meeting is to Benchmark/Compare my department to similar departments in other cities to includes resources (people, tools and processes) as well as Customer services levels and number of transactions.
