Are these clocks in the same area running off the same power line/source?

My first thought was a transformer issue, but the chances of that happening in all 3 clocks is miniscule unless there was some type of short or power issue that damaged them. I would go to the first bad clock supplied by that power and double check voltage. Check hot to common, hot to ground, common to ground, common to earth ground, hot to earth ground and ground to earth ground. You should see very little variation on voltage on the hot, zero to little on common and none on the ground. If you have a generator or other 120v power source you could make a pigtail connector and try each clock individually to check for proper operation. Hopefully this can wittle it down some.

i checked all the hots and ground like you said everything seemed good i switched the transformer from a good clock to one of the bad ones it still didnt help all the voltages seem right.

    Ethan,

Did you ever figure it out? It sounds like you have dirty electricity coming in. Everything works from the clocks to an area where you have good electric so it's not the components, obviously. Do you have splices along the way to the clocks? It's possible a DBY is going bad. Usually a power source line going bad will be in a splice. Keith's generator idea would confirm whether it's a power source or not.
