Pump problems Cancel The title field is required!

   I have a problem with the pump. When I run a cycle, or hand water, it faults out after 5 minutes. Before the heads transition. I can water at 3 min intervals in manual mode with 1 to 2 min in between stations and it works fine. If the pump stays running for more than 4 min and 56 sec it will fault out. I turned the pump off on the flowtronex (model # FBSLF7BF25A23F3BDE) and it still faulted at the same time.
   
   Has anyone had this issue? Fuses?

   If the cooling fan for the VFD goes bad it will do that. A Power Cat Fan with the directional attachment will fit nicely over the intake and solve the problem temporarily. http://www.grainger.com/product/POWER-CAT-Portable-Blower-Fan-4C926?functionCode=P2IDP2PCP

   Do you know if it is the pump or the soft starter?
   
   Def. sounds like a temperature issue. can you try putting a shop fan or two facing the motor to see if the time changes for the fault?
