Just completed my first full year w/ Latitude 36 Bermuda grass and after the winter kill of 2011/12, we had our first real recovery on our fwys. This past season we went after more organic fertilizers and really watched our watering. I went from about 40% coverage on 20 acres of fwys to 70% coverage. Still have about 3 fwys that will take more time to be 100% again but the other 11 are every bit of 80% covered now. I feel like I'm on the right path but was just curious on those who have Bermuda fwys in this zone, what time of watering schedule do you do? Just heavy couple times a wk? Really light more often? Days of the wk watering? etc. I understand the weather/rain plays an important part too. Appreciate any input and feedback.

I think the main thing is to have good moisture (25% or more) anytime the temperature is expected to get below 20 degrees.
