   I believe you need to be non-delinquent to receive the directory. Sometimes credit card charges can be "held" due to excessive spending. You might want to check on that. And learn to be more frugal.

    I very much appreciate the directory!
    We have an online directory, although it is a pain to get to and navigate. I can find the info I am looking for in the directory before the sign in page even lets me onto our website.
