Congratulations to Brian Youell the 2019 Leo Feser Award winner. I have had the pleasure to work with Brian for the past five years thru PGA TOUR Canada events. His course and operation are second to none. Brian is one of the best in the business and is an outstanding individual. His professionalism and humility make him an asset to our organization, his club and his community. Job well done!!
