In the past few days I have tried to access the "Learning Hub" portion of the website but get a message that I have "invalid login credentials". Not sure I have ever accessed this area but I am logged in as a GCSAA member on the website. Can someone help me out and let me know what I need to do so I can access some of the programs available here. Thanks in advance.

Hi Gary – thanks for posting this question and I apologize for any inconvenience/frustration here.
The Learning Hub is new and while I know you'll find it a valuable area once you get in, there have been some integration hiccups. Most members can use their GCSAA username and password to access the Hub, single sign-on. We have learned that when the Professional Development team requested the initial upload of users for this new feature we apparently didn't identify 100% of the categories we should have from the member database.

So there are some members, such as yourself, who find they are getting an error. Once I know someone is having that happen, I can create an account for them, like I've done for you (try your member number as username and password for just this area.)

We have requested another upload of records so all members will have single sign-on but no ETA on that at present.

The full library of On Demand recordings – with handout documents, too! – is available in the Learning Hub. We also just released a session that was recorded at GIS - Financial Wellness: Another $hade of Green - so take a peek at that, too.

Hope all else is well with you, Gary, and anyone having challenges, please email me lwick@gcsaa.org Thanks. Lisa
