Can a How To post be created for pictures? Cancel The title field is required!

   I have tried to attach pictures on both a couple of thread post and also for my avatar in my profile.
   
   I tried to upload it from my computer, I tried to copy and paste, neither try worked.
   
   Can anyone explain the how to of it?
