Thank you GCSAA for always putting on a great show. The tournament and show always provides opportunities to create and renew friendships and opportunities to learn ideas or practices I can implement upon return. Shout out to El Capitan Ronald Kirkman and his lovely wife for sharing our table, Pockets and Mike for holing out from the fwy on 14, Kody and Charlotte for the company, Rafael for making my wife think I'm connected. Sorry Jeff for the heavy burden, I promise I'll be more help if we are ever paired up again. Good to see y'all.

Why do we hold these in places where the weather is nasty in the winter? I know we got lucky in San Diego a few years ago but generally the weather in SoCal in feb is, well, not that great. We froze our butts off in San Antonio last year. Is there a reason we can't have this event in months other than February? Why can't we have them in June up north somewhere?
Orlando is at least warm, but god I hate Orlando...

Just because you are closed from May-November doesn't mean everyone else can go somewhere for a week in June!

Other than the rain, I was fine with the weather in San Diego. Nice change from the heat we're having right now. February seems to be the best time for the majority of the people that attend, and I'm sure 60 degrees is better than what most folks experience this time of the year.

    Dude.... I'm never closed.
Funny, everyone can manage to go somewhere in February when it's high season here but going somewhere up north in June is just too much to ask?

I'm not sure where we should go and/or when, but I do know that I am getting kinda tired of Orlando.

It would be nice if there was at least 1 shuttle bus available after the eq. mgr. reception on Wed; at LEAST having taxis available. All taxi service was shut down. Had to walk to Gaslamp & try & hail a taxi. Some of us have physical limitations and can't walk long distances.
