GCSAA Tournament Hotel Cancel The title field is required!

   Greetings:
   
   I sent my info in today for the GCSAA golf tournament. I also booked my flight today.
   
   I tried to register for the host hotel and it said 47 rooms left. I put my arrival and departure date down and the reply was NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. I phoned the hotel and and it was extremely difficult to hear the people on the other end. I was told to hold for a minute while they speak to the manager and after 15 minutes with no response from the manager, I hung up.
   
   I phoned again and finally I got to somebody when I informed them I am a Marriott Black Card Holder and I really don't appreciate the way I am treated when I AM TRYING TO MAKE A RESERVATION.
   
   Now, I have to call a person named Kathy at a different number between 9A.M. and 5 P.M. tomorrow.
   
   I did tell them I am staying February 3 through February 7.
   
   Any answers GCSAA ?

   I was contacted today from the third party in NY.
   
   Everything is all set. And, I did speak with someone in India last night.
   
   I am told why I could not register on line was because I am staying for 5 nights. I guess the hotel was given a break for only 4 nights. However, I still get the same deal for 5 nights.

   I had difficulties too. The ritz had no clue who onpeak was, or any golf tourney special rates were for that matter. I have yet to hear of any follow up from onpeak as I booked the 1st day this was offered as I am taking the family to Disney. Rather unprofessional as this has been over a month ago.    i will chime in as well regarding onpeak, i tried several times to book through the onpeak service via the gcsaa gis webpage and it never once was able to connect. It is as if onpeak is not a real thing... I feel like gcsaa should get a refund if they paid this company to provide its membership for a service.

   I'm sure Jessica will become ontop of things. The deals which were locked in, are virtually unheard of

    Thanks Jessica, unfortunately I had already booked my hotel and airfare by the time onpeak got around to calling me. At the rate the hotels were filling up, I couldn't wait for onpeak.
