I have been running our chapter as Secretary/Treasurer for the past few years, and also have been doing Chapter Executive duties this year. We're a small chapter with decent resources, and our accounts have been set up a certain way for as long as I've can remember (at least 2013 if not earlier). We currently have two, a checking which handles all of our operational transactions, and a money market that acts as our Scholarship and Research account, we only use this money in this account for scholarships and research items, along with expenses in running our S & R tournament. Did anyone going through the BMP process use their S & R account for that, or did you use your operational account? Or do you have special accounts for items such as this?
I was wondering what type of accounts do you all have, and what will you pay out of them? Does anyone have a separate bereavement/membership assistance account?
