   Has anyone found a good software program to help organize charity golf tournaments? Something that would organize registrations, silent auction etc.? My brother in Denver has been asked to help organize a charity outing and I am not experienced in this area so any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!!

   Most clubs utilize a program. We used a GHIN one at my old club but just utilize an .xls doc that we've worked with that we just import names in. The main item is just gathering the names in an .xls file and supplying it to the club and they can likely generate a nice easy report for him.

   We use Golf Genius software. Unless he's willing to pay for it, I'd create an Excel spreadsheet and provide it to the club. The can input all this information and make it a breeze.
