I have a Stratus LT 2-wire path system that is only 2 yrs old. Almost from the beginning the plunger when activated is all the way up in the solenoid and when the power is cut it hangs there. I've been told to make sure everything is very clean, no rust or algae. Also to stretch the spring to create more action. I've been a Rainbird guy 46 yrs now and have never seen this before. Been told of the problems with parts from Mexico with Cartels involved running plants too. Anyone else experiencing this problem? I want to say it is the decoder but my rep says no. New plungers do the same thing. Any responses are appreciated.
